CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1) Classes may be cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Classes, workshops and special events not meeting enrollment minimums will usually be cancelled two to three days before the start date. Students will be notified if classes are cancelled and will be eligible for a full refund or class credit.
2) Tuition is refundable for all classes and workshops, minus a processing fee of $20 for each class dropped, if we are notified at least TWO WEEKS prior to the class start date. Students may opt to receive a full studio credit in lieu of a refund. Cancellations within one week of class start dates receive a 50% refund. Parents/students are responsible for notifying Blackbird Arts that they wish to drop a class or workshop; not attending class does not constitute an official withdrawal from class or cancellation fees. There are no refunds once a class has begun.
3) Friday Family Art Night classes/reservations are non-refundable. However, if we have a waitlist for a class, we will make every effort to help you exchange your reservation with another family.
